Working at Coldcha means a lot of variety, responsibility and fun trips. Some of our group work from Portugal and we try to visit them every month to see them and work there on location. Furthermore, we work a lot together, but also a lot independently. Besides working hard and achieving successful results, we also have a fun company outing every month! This way we stay a close team together.
