1: We have a return period of 14 days. The return period starts on the day you receive the article.
2: The article is in its original packaging (as far as possible).
3: The product is not damaged.

You download the Return Form-LinkThings and follow the instructions on the form.

Return costs
You pay the return costs yourself.

Money Back
Processing a return can take up to 14 days. Once your return has been processed, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment details known to us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after revocation. You can then expect the amount back into your bank account within 5 business days.
